Once the location option has been selected, the User must click on the “Reuse” button to access the list of Establishments filtered according to the indicated location.

The User may select the Establishment that interests them most and consult the following information: address, opening hours to the public, telephone number, link to the website, as well as the type of reusable elements available in the Establishment.

Once the Establishment is selected, the different options available regarding reusable elements are shown:

“ Reserve ”: to collect one or more reusable items.

“ Return ”: to return the containers that you had previously collected.

Reservation request:

Once the User has selected the Establishment in which they want to reserve one or more reusable items, they must travel to its location.

When they arrive at the Establishment, the User must click on the “Reservation” button and enter the reusable items they want to use. Before  selecting  reusable elements , the User may consult the prices of each reusable element.

When the User has selected the reusable items of interest, a summary will be displayed with the selected items, as well as the corresponding deposit amount. Once the User confirms the reservation request, it will be sent to the Establishment.

A User’s reservation request will be evaluated by the Establishment, who may approve or reject the request, after checking the availability of reusable items. While the request is being evaluated, the User will see the status of their order as “Pending delivery” on the Platform.

In the event that the Establishment decides to reject the request, the User will receive a message through the Platform informing them that the return has been rejected, and the return request will change to the status of “Cancelled”.

If the request is approved, the User must pay a deposit according to the stipulated value for each type of reusable element and the quantity requested.

Once the amount has been paid, the Establishment will deliver the reusable items and collect the amount in cash.

All payments through the analog system must be made in cash.

Return request:

To request a return through the analog system, the User must go to the same Establishment where they collected the reusable items.

Once at the Establishment, you must communicate your intention to return the Reusable Items and submit the receipt proving delivery. The Establishment will study the request and review the status of the  Reusable Items , to verify that they comply with the return parameters indicated by GO ZERO WASTE. Once it is confirmed that the  Reusable Items  meet the return parameters, they will be collected.

At that time, the Establishment will return the amount deposited in cash.

Likewise, a User who has made a return request through the Platform may return the Packaging through the analog system. In that case, you must go to the Establishment of interest and indicate that you wish to return the Containers. At that time, the Establishment will ask for proof of delivery that appears in the App and will verify that the return request does indeed meet the requirements.

In that case, the amount deposited in cash will be returned and deducted from your virtual wallet.

Likewise, in the event that the User loses or does not return the Reusable Items within the established period, the cost of the Reusable Items placed in storage will be charged to them.
